Jasper Snyder, 85, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013. He formerly attended Christ Family Church. Jasper previously worked at Coble and S&H Erectors.
Mr. Snyder is preceded in death by his wife of sixty seven years, Helen Irene Snyder; daughter, Sandra Jane Snyder and four brothers and four sisters.
He is survived by his daughter, Irene Gentry; grandchildren, Michael Gentry, Billy Gentry and Sonya Snyder; great-grandchildren, Dakota Gentry, Cain Linder, Nathaniel Huckeba, Kierra Huckeba; brother, Edward Snyder and a sister, Norma Jean Swanger.
Services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 5, 2013, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, with Reverend William Smith officiating. Burial will follow in East Soddy Community Cemetery. Visitation is 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations to: Soddy-Daisy Health Care, 701 Sequoyah Road, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
