Charlotte Carolyn Creek, 71, of Hixson, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 28, 2013.
She was a very loving and devoted mother and nanny, she will be greatly missed by the ones she touched.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Creek; and grandson, Elmer Helton.
Survivors include her daughter, Deborah Herrera of Hixson, TN; two sons, David Henderson and Bobby Henderson, both of Hixson, TN; two grandchildren, Jimmy Helton and Haley Henderson; three great-grandchildren: Abigail Helton, Hunter Helton and Deninh Helton; sisters, Hester Fox and Margaret Harden; and brother-in-law, Kenneth Fox.
Funeral services are at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 30, 2013 at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace with Kenneth Fox officiating.
Interment is in Friendship Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation is from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, TN.
