Funeral services for Mr. Charles Robert Keisling, 73, of Monroe, were conducted at
3 p.m. Sunday, May 8, 2005, at First United Methodist Church in Livingston with
Rev. Craig Green officiating.

Burial was in Keisling-Knight Cemetery.

Mr. Keisling died Friday, May 6 at his home. He was a district supervisor with
Farmer Home Administration and a member of First United Methodist Church in
Livingston. He served in the United States Army from 1954-1956 and was valedictorian
of his graduating class at Pickett County High School in 1950.

Born July 27, 1931, in Pickett County, he was the son of the late Herman A. and
Cleva Agnes (Griffin) Keisling.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara (Swanson) Keisling of Monroe; a son and
daughter-in-law, Jeff and Tina Keisling of Lafayette; a daughter and son-in-law,
Debbie and Daniel Roddy of Monroe; and 4 grandchildren, Brett Roddy and Brooke
Roddy, both of Monroe, Ross Keisling of Knoxville, and Mia Keisling of Lafayette.

Pallbearers were Charles A. Keisling, Dale Keisling, Kelly Keisling, Keith Keisling,
Johnny Fred Coleman, Jimmy Coleman, Forest Mullins, Harold Jolly, and Charles
Langford.

Serving as honorary pallbearers were Billy Glen, Jerry Flowers, Ward Hassler, Leland
Garrett, Jerry Paul Flowers, Fred Clark, Ricky Gunter, Bill Warren, Terry Dillon,
and Harold Keisling.
