March 25, 1942 - May 23, 2005
Joseph A. Hatcher, age 63, of Bristol, Tn. passed away Monday, May 23, 2005 in the Bristol Regional Medical Center.
He was born March 25, 1942 in Bluff City, Tn. to the late Arthur and Susie Fauver Hatcher, and has lived all of his life in the Bristol area.
He was a retired truck driver, and a former employee of Bristol Compressors. He was a member of Rock Hill Independent Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his son Jamie Lee Hatcher. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Bobbie June Smith Hatcher. He is also survived by:
Son: Donny Hatcher and wife Remonia
Grandsons: Justin Hatcher, Joseph Lee Hatcher
Sisters: Polly Sipes and husband Jackie, Shirley White, Janet Barton and husband Earl
Brothers: Larry Hatcher and wife Mary, Jerry Hatcher and wife Vivian, Eddie Hatcher and wife Angie.
Several Nieces and Nephews.
Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, May 25, 2005 in the Sunrise Cemetery with Rev. Ed Crusenberry officiating.
There will be no formal visitation.
