1944 - September 12, 2010
Hershel Ray Combs, age 64, of Bluff City, TN passed away Sunday, September 12, 2010 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. Mr. Combs was a lifelong resident of Sullivan County and was a Truck Driver.
Survivors include:
Wife: Margie Lingerfelt Combs
Son: Stephen Combs
Step-children: James Lingerfelt and Donna Wheeler
Three Grand Children
Sisters: Kathy Leonard and Victoria Hyatt
Brothers: George Combs, Wendell Combs and Wayne Combs
Step-Mother: Terry Combs
The funeral service for Mr. Combs will be held at 6PM on Tuesday, September 14, 2010, in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends, following the funeral service. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Weaver Funeral Home to help the family offset funeral expenses.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Girendra Hoskere, Dr. Jonathan Burris, Susan Early and staff of MICU at Bristol Regional Medical Center.
Arrangements have been made with Weaver Funeral Home.
