Vance Howard Lowe, age 80, of Bluff City, TN passed away on Friday, May 14, 2010 in the Wellmont Hospice House. He was born February 6, 1930 in Mt. City, TN a son of the late Noah and Lura Lowe, and he has lived most of his life in the Bluff City area. He was a retired machine operator at Raytheon where he worked 32 years. He was a member of the East Bristol Church of Christ, and was a Navy Veteran.

His loving wife of 55 years: Lorene Jones Lowe
Daughter: Barbara Lowe Stacy
Grandchildren: Caroline E. Stacy, Catherine E. Stacy
Brother: Wayne Lowe and wife Loretta
Sister: Bertha Jones
Several Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Lowe will be held 6pm,Monday, May 17, 2010 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Dan Bailey officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. The burial will be held 11:00 am Tuesday in Sunrise Cemetery with Military Honors by the Bristol V.F.W. Honor Guard.
