Per his obit:
Mr. Goldman was born December 28, 1934, in Yonkers, N.Y. He attended Stepinac High School in White Plains, N.Y. and graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 1957. On July 13, 1957, six weeks removed from college, Jim married Helen Bly, also of Yonkers. Within days, the newlyweds moved to Fort Sill, Ok., where Jim began his Army service as a lieutenant. In addition to his wife, Jim is survived by five children and their spouses: son Jim and daughter-in-law Terry of Dunwoody, Ga.; daughter Maryellen and son-in-law Jon Cook of Hopkinton, Ma.; son Bill and daughter-in-law Emily of Sandy Springs, Ga.; daughter Tish and son-in-law Joey Craig of Avondale Estates, Ga.; and son Bob and daughter-in-law Susan of Mt. Pleasant, S.C. He is also survived by ten grandchildren: Alexa Goldman; Kelly, Kevin and Katy Cook; Mamie and Charlie Goldman; Ella and Audrey Craig; and Maggie and Louise Goldman.
