Winfred Lee Stone, 70, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022. He had been living in Powell, Tennessee the last 20 years. Winfred worked as a truck driver as owner/operator of Stone Trucking before working for CCT Concrete. He was an avid collector of anything he saw value in and a big fan of NASCAR. He was preceded in death by his parents, Denton Stone and Helen Card (Bill); brother, Ronnie Stone.
Survivors are his wife, Alissa Stone; children, Jason Stone (Donna), Katrice Cox (Charlie); step-son, Aaron Lay; grandchildren, Taylor Cox, Avery Cox, Emma Cox, Braydon Stone; great grandson, Cayson Cox; sisters, Donna Kelley (Kevin), LuAnn McCuiston (Darius); niece, Sherri Coaster (Robert) and extended family.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 2, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Services will be Friday at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Paul Forgey and Rev. Alan Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery.
