Kaiden Todd Hooker, infant son of Dakota Hooker and Ashely Minnis, was born and passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015.
He is preceded in death by two great-grandparents, Frances Clay and Ralph Hooker.
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by his grandparents, Tonya and Bobby Higgins, Jason and April Minnis, Dewayne and Lisa Hooker and Denna James McKinley; great-grandparents, Betty and Ronnie Franklin, Thelma and Bob Minnis, Kathy and Donnie Hill, Linda Cook and Tony Clay; and aunts and uncles, Brittany, Courtney and Emily Minnis, Jasmine, David and Gabe Higgins, Bayli Bivens, Shawn Clines, Matt and Felecia Freeman, Eric and Cayci Freeman, Misty and Alain Guzman, Brooklynn Hooker and Lisa and Todd Bauknecht.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday Sept. 3 at Johnson Cemetery with Sammy Randolph officiating.
A visitation will be held at Companion Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. with a small service to follow on Wednesday Sept. 2.
