Son of Earl and Rozetta Stephens
Earl Leonard "Stevie" Stephens Jr., 48, of the Lewis Chapel Community, died on Friday, April 25, 2008, in an area hospital.
Stevie love to spend his time in the mountains and the greatest love of his life was his daughter, Mindy Jo.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Leonard Stephens Sr.; grandparents, Early and Eunice Raulston and Coke and Ollie Stephens.
He is survived by his daughter, Mindy Stephens, of Dayton; granddaughter, Addison Stephens, of Dayton; mother, Rozetta Ennis, of Hixson; brothers, Chris Stephens, of Hixson and Kevin Stephens, of Soddy-Daisy; sisters, Pamela Gray, of Soddy-Daisy, Sherry (Steve) White, of Soddy-Daisy and Lisa (Carl) Zagona, of Rossville; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial gathering to celebrate the life of Mr. Stephens will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, at his favorite place on Lewis Chapel Mountain.
