Jeffrey A. Mann, 33, of Signal Mountain, died on Friday, Jan. 2, 2004.
He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and a graduate of Red Bank High School.

He was also a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and was employed by TVA.

Survivors include his wife, Misty Mills Mann; parents, Merwyn and Wanda Perkins Mann, all of Signal Mountain; sister, Tammy Mann Anderson and husband, Mike, of Jacksonville, Fla.; uncle, Charlton Smith of Signal Mountain; aunt and uncle, Jerry and Sandra Perkins of Red Bank; cousin, Paula Kerby and husband, Kevin, of Bowling Green, Ky.; mother and father-in-law Gene and Annette Mills of Signal Mountain; four brothers-in-law, Kelly, Thom, Perry, and Terry Mills; special friends, Brian Sitton and Lance Steele; and three dogs, Honey, Bosco, and Tutti.

The funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Mount Carmel Baptist Church with Dr. Steven Granger and Pastor Steve Robertson officiating.
Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends for visitation today, Thursday, and Friday from 4-8 p.m. at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Downtown YMCA or the Tennessee Search and Rescue Dog Association Inc.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 5401 Highway 153, a Dignity Memorial Provider.
