Joseph C Knight, 65, of Champion Road, Harrison, died Thursday in a local hospital.

A lifelong resident of Hamilton County, he was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife, Laura Mongar Knight; three daughter, Wilma Collins and Tina Knight, both of Harrison, and Jean Guest, Rossville; two sisters, Nettie Ingle, Harrison, and Bertha Crisp, Chattanooga; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Charlie Sartin officiating. Burial will be in Bartlebaugh Cemetery. Arrangements by the Valley View Chapel of Lane Funeral Home.
