Clyde Lee Cantrell of Ooltewah died Saturday, Aug. 1, 1998, at his home.
He was 78. He was a native of Whitfield County, Ga., and was preceded in death by his wife, Rosa Lee Cantrell.
Survivors include six daughters, Carolyn Kamps, Dalton, Rosa Roberts, Hixson, Tenn., Louise Walker, Debbie Michaels, Sue Webb, and Marilyn Bartholomew, all of Ooltewah; four sons, Kenneth, Chatsworth, Ga., Lawrence "Larry" Cantrell, Hollywood, Fla., Ronnie, Ringgold, and Harold Webb, Cleveland; a sister, Edna Pike, also of Cleveland; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Kenemer Brothers Funeral Home, Dalton, with the Rev. Fred Russell officiating.
Burial will be in Varnell Cemetery.
The family will receive friends today after 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
