Inez "Snookie" Stephenson of Soddy-Daisy died Monday, June 22, 1998, at her home.
She was 73. She was retired from Provident Life and Accident Insurance Co. and had also worked at Oak Ridge during World War II. Survivors include one daughter, Ruth Cooke; mother, Emma Stephenson; two sisters, Marjorie Gravitt and Cheryl Morgan; and two brothers, Kenneth and Larry Stephenson, all of Soddy-Daisy.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Williamson and Sons Funeral Home, Soddy-Daisy, with the Rev. Buddy Miller officiating.
Burial will be in Ware Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
