Obit:
J.E. Johnson, 63, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Hospice of Chattanooga Care Center. J.E. was a lifelong member of the Mowbray Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper and Viva Johnson as well as his sister, Carol Ann Dolan.
Survivors include his sisters, Rhoda Sifri of Naperville, IL, Charlotte Rhodes of Pensacola, FL, Beth Mills of Jamestown, NC; nieces, Rima Imburgia, Tatiana Sifri, Jan McGregor and Katie King; nephews, Bobby Dolan and Joshua Mills.
Services will be Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Varner Cemetery on Mowbray Mountain. Visitation is Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Mowbray Presbyterian Church, 2317 Mowbray Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
