A Loving Son and Brother

Samuel Clark “Sammy” Hamrick, 32, of Soddy-Daisy passed away when his life was cut short on Sunday, March 22, 2009. He graduated from Soddy-Daisy High School in 1994 and graduated from UTC with a Bachelor Degree in Science Engineering. He was employed by TVA at the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant as an Assistant Unit Operator. He was quick to make a friend and always brightened up his surroundings. There are no words that can do him justice, but that he was loved and will be missed, our Son and Brother.
He is survived by his parents; Sam and Carol Hamrick of Soddy-Daisy, brothers; Brent and Ashley Hamrick both of Soddy-Daisy, Nephews; Tyrus, Gavin, niece; Savannah.
Funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Calvin Nunley and Bishop Rick Smith officiating. Interment will follow the service at East Soddy Community Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4-9 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com.
