Robert Allen Hodges, 75, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2020. He was of the Baptist faith. Allen was the owner/operator of Hodges Excavating for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Charles Hodges; brother, Buddy Hodges; special uncle, John Hodges, cousins, Linda and Larry Hodges and brother-in-law, Johnny Clayton.

Survivors are his wife of 52 years, Betty Hodges; children, Jason Hodges and Donny Hodges; grandchildren, Brooklin, Jase and Savannah; siblings, Lib Hickman (Tommy), Diane Clayton, Doug Hodges (Shelby), Johnny Hodges and Randy Hodges and several nieces and nephews and extended family.

Services will be on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Paul Forgey officiating. Burial will follow at East Soddy Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday before the service.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to a charity of your choice.
