Maj Vaden volunteered for duty in Vietnam & was stationed at Nha Trang as a Flight Operation Commander. His plane was lost one month later and he was presumed KIA. His remains, (bone & some teeth) were identified & repatriated in 2010 to rest in Greenwood Cemetery, Clarksville.
