Forever In Our Hearts
Juanita Mae Bishop, 89, of Soddy-Daisy, formerly of Alabama went home to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, January 18, 2016 surrounded by her family.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, Burnette and Lessie Kesler; step-mother, Marie Kesler; sisters, Elaine Sullivan and Christine Campbell.
She is survived by her brother, James Earl (Meda) Kesler of Soddy-Daisy; several stepchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 21st in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Carroll Allen and Rev. Alan Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery with Lovoied McBryar, Levion McBryar, Lebron McBryar, Vernie Doss, Matthew Foster, George Foster serving as pallbearers. Brad Foster, Austin Foster, Mitch Helton, Jay Haught, Quinton Doss and Harvesters Sunday School Class at New Salem Baptist Church will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 4 - 8PM on Tuesday, January 19th and from 12 Noon until the service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank Cindy and Becca of Avalon Hospice and special caregivers, Christine, Donna B., Karen, Rita and Peggy.
