The Dayton City Cemetery (aka Mountain View Cemetery) was established about 1871. It is located at the intersection of Old Graysville Rd and Shasta Ave. Also at this intersection is Mountain View United Methodist Church. There is an U-shape gravel road around the cemetery.
The cemetery is not well maintained. There are roughly 50 stones that are unreadable.
