*Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Sara Elizabeth Deas announces her passing suddenly on Friday, May 18, 2018 at the age of 39 years. She is survived by her precious children, Avery, Lily and Cage; her fiancé, John Hisaw; her parents, James and Janet Deas; her brother, Brian; her nephew, Beckham; her grandmother, Dorothy Deas, and aunts, uncles and cousins, and numerous friends.

Sara graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design and Architecture. As a Senior Designer at AK Design Group, Sara was incredibly talented, known for her eye for color, creativity, and taking care of her clients who often became friends.

Sara's true vocation was the loving, nurturing mother of Avery, Lily and Cage. Memories will be shared with her children forever. Sara also loved being near or on the water with her family, whether at the lake or on a beach in Florida or the ocean in California.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening, May 22, from 5 - 7 p.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, Bartlett, TN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Sara on Wednesday, May 23, at 11 a.m., also at St. Ann Catholic Church, with Father Ernie deBlasio presiding. Interment will follow the Mass in Bartlett-Ellendale Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sara's memory to The Educational Fund for Sara Deas' children, at any Suntrust Bank location.
