Elton H. Clark, 73, of Covington, passed away on Wednesday, January 29. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 1 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. He retired as the manager of the First Utility District. He is survived by his wife, Sue Clark; two daughters, Cheryl Clarkson and Diana Martin; two sons, Randy Cutler and David Clark; one sister, Linda Sipes; one brother, Wade Clark; seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
