Paul David Burns, Sr., 62, of Covington, passed away on Saturday, October 17. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, October 19 at the funeral home. Mr. Burns was formerly with Mueller Brass in Covington. He is survived by four sons, Paul David Burns, Jr., of Davenport, FL, Richard Allen Burns of Memphis, Anthony Wayne Burns of Southaven and Jonathan Lee Burns of Burlison; one daughter, Donna Louise Locke of Burlison; three sisters, Velma Lowrance of Hornsby, TN, Evelyn Glass of Covington and Brenda Rogers of Toone, TN; one brother, Larry Burns of Jackson; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Wilburn and Wilma Louise Burns and two brothers, Alvin Burns and Ernest Burns.
