Parents of Jeff, Rodney, David
Carolyn Hanks, 77, of Burlison, passed away on Wednesday, December 6. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 9 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband, Kyle Hanks; three sons, Jeff (Jan) Hanks of Burlison, Rodney (Joan) Hanks of Covington and David (Sandy) Hanks of Burlison; one sister, Bobbie Deen of Brighton; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be made to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
