Richard Lee Hubbard, Sr., 55, of Ripley, passed away Sunday at his home. Services will be on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Covington Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in the Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. Covington Funeral Home has charge. Mr. Hubbard, the husband of Joann Pruitt Hubbard was a self-employed truck driver and Vietnam War Army Veteran. In addition to his wife, he leaves two sons, Jeremy Hubbard and Ricky Hubbard, both of Ripley; a daughter, Stacey Williams of Ripley; a sister, Lucille Corey of Brighton; a brother, Tony Hubbard of Covington and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnie and Rachel Marbry Hubbard and one brother, Billy Hubbard.
