October 31, 1948 - July 26, 2007
Marshall L. Poole, 58, former truck driver with Covington Propane, passed away Thursday, July 26, at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 28 at the Covington Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends on from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, July 27 at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife, Joyce E. Poole; two daughters, Samantha Petersen of Parker, CO and Sandra Poole of Covington; one brother, Robert L. Poole of Covington; two half sisters, Linda Wren of Brighton and Alice Fultz of Burlison; five half brothers, Ricky Poole of Memphis, Roy Poole and Finis Russell, both of Drummonds, Willie J. Johnson of Brighton and Doug McKnatt of Burlison; and one grandchild, Jacob Petersen. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Willie Mae Ferrell Poole and a half brother, Conway Johnson.
