Alex Stewart, 42, of Covington, passed away on Friday, May 29. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 4 at the Covington Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3 at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife, Rachael Stewart; four sons, Dawson Stewart of Covington, Coleman Stewart of Jacksonville, FL; Reid Stewart and Robert Stewart, both of Brighton; one grandson, Ryan Stewart of Brighton; his father, Mike Stewart of Brighton; his mother, Charlotte Stewart of Brighton; one sister, Kelley Poole of Covington; his grandmother, Christine Stewart of Brighton and his grandfather, Alex Marbry of Brighton.
