The body of Robert L McBee was laid to rest in the family burying ground on his farm near Strawberry Plains, Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. No funeral rites were held over the remains in compliance with a request of the deceased. The interment was largely attended, there being relatives and friends from Jefferson County and Knoxville present.
