Traveling south from Lebanon, Wilson County, Tennessee, Hancock Cemetery is located about 1/2 mile south of Rocky Valley Baptist church on the north side of a private road, between Old Murfreesboro Rd. and Hwy. 231. The cemetery is surrounded by an old fence and is very overgrown. There are several gravestones with no names or dates. According to the dates on some of the gravestones, the earliest burial was in 1856 and the last burial was in 1956.
