his cemetery is believed to contain burials of Pioneers from the Howell, Stuart, and McKinney families. The cemetery contains only one engraved marker but fieldstones mark approximately 160 burials. Burials are laid out in 4 separate straight lines with both head and foot markers. In one location, two burials are side by side, in an area surrounded by stones, and with a stone divider between the burials. The cemetery is located on a rise just west of Stewart Creek.
