This cemetery is on private land and landowner permission should be obtained before visiting. The cemetery contains the graves of John J. and Sarah (Sally) Whitaker and their children. John was a son of Peg Leg Whitaker, family partiarch, who is buried at Mulberry Cemetery. Most of the cemetery markers have been repaired and are of exceptionally high quality. The cemetery is enclosed by a rock wall as stipulated in John F's will. It contains some unmarked graves and possibly is adjoined by a slave cemetery. The cemetery is rather grown up and is under the right of way of power lines.
