This inactive pioneer cemetery's nominal street address is between 4311-4371 on Cathey's Creek Road in Isom, Maury County, TN on the old Cathey-Robinette place and was organized in 1806. The Jones Presbyterian Church aka the Isom Presbyterian Church is now gone, according to the Maury County Archives which says "there was a church building at the location and was torn down apparently due to discontinued usage."
However, the cemetery is located on the south side of the road beyond a wire fence up a long grass lane, and may require a high clearance vehicle. After a couple of hundred yards, the grass lane loops around and the cemetery is on the right side of the large turnaround, surrounded by an iron fence and a broken-down wire fence as well. In disrepair, it is largely overgrown with trees and in deep shade in the summer.
