Carl Eddie Pruett, 60, of Decatur, Tenn., a former resident of Soddy-Daisy, passed away Friday, Jan. 9, 2015.
Eddie retired from Olin Chemical Corporation and was a United States Navy Veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Robin Higgins Pruett; his mother, Mary Ida Pruett Godwin; his son, Carl Edwin Pruett II; his two daughters, Leah Davidson and Beth Davidson; his three brothers, Kenneth Ray Pruett, Ronald Clay Pruett and Anthony Martin Pruett along with six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Yother officiating. Burial will follow in Dividing Ridge Cemetery. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Condolences and memories can be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com.
