James "Skinney" Bice died Thursday, Sept. 16, 1999, at his home.
He was 63. Mr. Bice was an employee of Pallet Resource.
Survivors include his wife, Trish Bice; son, David Bice; two daughters, Lisa Dodd and Penny Rose; four sisters, Daisy Davis and Shirley Smartt, both of Hixson, Cookie Leffew, Soddy-Daisy, and Barbara Norris, Graysville, Tenn.; six grandchildren.
The funeral will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Carlos Swafford and the Rev. Don Kelley officiating.
Burial will be in East Soddy Church of God Cemetery.
Visitation will be after noon today at the funeral home.
