Obituary for Earl Fagans
Earl Fagans, 74, 370 Fox Hollow Lane, Bluff City, TN, died Monday, June 14, 2004 at the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Piney Flats, he was the son of the late Wallace Shipley and Leota Cressell of Bluff City. Mr. Fagans was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by three brothers. Survivors in addition to his mother include two sisters, Betty Humphrey of South Carolina and Louise Gregg and her husband Noah of Bluff City. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral service will be conducted at 8:00 P.M., Friday, June 18, 2004 at Tetrick Funeral Home - Bluff City Chapel with Rev. Jerry Carver officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, June 19, 2004 at Sunrise Cemetery. Everyone will meet at the cemetery at 10:55 A.M. Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Hyatt, R.C. Hyatt, and Harold Hyatt. The family will receive friends from 7:00 - 8:00 P.M., Friday, June 18, 2004 at Tetrick Funeral Home - Bluff City Chapel prior to the service.
