Janice August 3, 1926 - December 31, 2010
Janice was born on August 3, 1926 and passed away on Friday, December 31, 2010.
Janice was last known to be living in Bluff City, Tennessee.
She graduated from Bluff City High School in 1945.
She is survived by her husband Charles.
The funeral service will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 3rd, 2011 at Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Hensley, Rev. Jamie Ferguson, and Rev. Scott Green officiating. Music will be provided by the Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church Choir. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. prior to the service at the Church and other times at the residence. The graveside service and interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 4th, 2011 at Sunrise Cemetery, Bluff City and pallbearers, family and friends are asked to gather by 10.50 a.m. at the cemetery.
Jerry September 11, 1954 - October 30, 2007
Jerry Wayne Boling, age 53, of Bluff City passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2007 in the presence of his family. He was born in Elizabethton, TN to Charles and Janice C. Hicks Boling. He attended Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church. He was served by Opportunities Unlimited for twenty years and also a member of Emanon and Happy Campers. Survivors include his parents, Charles and Janice Boling of the home; one sister, Sandra Friesland and husband David of Gray, TN; two brothers, Charles Boling, Jr. and wife Brenda of Abingdon, VA and Raymond Boling of Orlando, FL and one niece Lauren Boling of Abingdon, VA.
Special thanks to Jane Willingham, Jason Bragg, CNA?s and nurses of Hospice and other caregivers. Jerry had a place in the hearts of everyone he met. He was ?Heaven?s Special Child?.
The funeral service for Jerry will be conducted at 8:00 P.M., Thursday, November 1, 2007 at Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Hensley, Rev. Jerry Lowrie and Rev. Scott Green officiating. Music will be under the direction of Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church Choir. The family will receive friends from 5:45 P.M. ? 7:45 P.M. prior to the service at the church and other times at the residence. The graveside service and interment will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday, November 2, 2007 at Sunrise Cemetery, Bluff City. Active pallbearers will be Douglas Lewis, Charlie Kaylor, Bruce Hicks, Jimmy Goodman, Andy Wolfe, Gary Boling, Allen Hobbs, and Jeremy Bartley. Honorary pallbearers will be Dayton Pierce, Earl Montgomery, Herbert Glover, Harmon Glover and Wade Lockner. Pallbearers, family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:50 A.M. Friday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church Building Fund, 1727 Chinquapin Grove Road, Bluff City, TN 37618 or to the Charity of your choice.
