Earl Martin "Marty" Seats, age 43, of Bluff City, TN passed away on Friday, September 2, 2011 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born January 14, 1968 to Robert Porter Seats and Ruth Hickman Seats. He had lived in the Bristol area all of his life and attended Grace Baptist Mission. Marty was preceded in death by his father, Robert Seats, and a sister, Judy Sams.

Sister: Teresa Lingerfelt and husband Waites "Jupe"
Brother: Ronnie Seats
Nieces: Amanda, Leigh-An, Hope, April, Violet, Sissy, Mary
Nephews: Ronnie, John
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at Sunrise Cemetery. Burial will follow in Sunrise. The family will receive friends from 6-8 on Monday at Weaver Funeral Home. Online condolences may be registered at www.Weaverfuneralhome.net.
