Obituary for Beulah Stanfield
Mrs. Beulah "Woodroe" Stanfield, 92, of 1557 Chinquapin Grove Road, Bluff City, died Tuesday, October 4, 2005 her residence.
Mrs. Stanfield was a native of Carter County and a daughter of the late Johnson and Sinia Lyon Carr. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Stanfield was a member of Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stanfield and an infant son, Robert, Jr.
Survivors include three daughters and one son-in-law, Marie and Don Friesland, and Kathleen Caudill, all of Bluff City; Barbara Helton, Bristol, TN; three granddaughters and spouses, Toni and Mike Williams, Sneedville, TN; Sonya and Andy Carwile, Charlotte Courthouse, VA; Shannon and Jack Griffin, Bracey, VA; one grandson and spouse, Robert and Judette Caudill, Bristol, TN; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson, a special niece, June Milhorn, Bluff City and several other nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be conducted at 7:30 P.M. Thursday, October 6, 2005 at Tetrick Funeral Home - Bluff City Chapel with Rev. Steve Hensley and Rev. Elbert Nichols officiating. Music will be under the direction of the Mrs. Brenda Pelham. The graveside and interment service will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday in the Sunrise Cemetery, Bluff City. Everyone will meet at the cemetery at 10:55 A.M. Friday. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:30 P.M. Thursday, prior to the service in the chapel. To those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church, Building Fund, 1489 Walnut Grove Road, Bluff City, TN 37618
