Nannie Mae Hardin, age 88, formerly of Bristol, TN went to be with the Lord at Sunbridge Care and Rehab Center at Hillside, Kingsport, TN. She was born October 2, 1917 in Green Co., TN, a daughter of the late John N. and Sallie E. Hinkle Hardin. She made her home in the Sullivan Co. area most of her life and retired from Bristol Jeans.
Survivors include: Sons: John Hardin and wife Dorine of Blountville, TN Ronald Hardin and wife Jeanie of Pottsboro, TX Sister: Joanne Moody of Boone, N.C. Several Grandchildren, nieces and nephews
Funeral service will be conducted Friday, May 26, 2006 at 6:00PM in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with nephew Danny Ray Hardin and her nursing home Pastor, Bro. Hank Greene officiating. The committal will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at Sunrise Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Family and Friends. Honorary Pallbearers will be nurses, CNA’s and staff of Hillside Manor. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to Sunbridge Care and Rehab Center at 3641 Memorial Blvd. Kingsport, TN 37664 for the Residents Benevolent Fund in memory of Nannie Hardin.
