Sherry Trewhitt, age 53, of Soddy Daisy went to be with the Lord on September 28, 2022. She was a woman of strong faith, and a devout Christian, witnessing to all she met. She was a semi- professional photographer and a talented musician. Her favorite instrument she liked to play was the saxophone, though she could play the piano as well. Some of her hobbies she enjoyed most were quilting and painting, she was also a great swimmer.
Sherry had her prayers answered, she asked the Lord to heal her weakened and damaged heart. HE healed her with a bonus, a pair of Angel Wings.
Sherry was preceded in death by her father; Henry B Hill, and brother; Thomas D Hill.
She is survived by her devoted husband; Darrell Trewhitt of Bakewell, son; Daryl (Eva) Douglas of Spring City, mother; Edna Reed Hill, sisters; Martha (Ron) Toney of Dayton and Rhonda Evans of Spring City, as well as several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be; Jim Thurman, Scott Thurman, Todd Thurman, Laramy Harris, and Chris Farrar.
Funeral service will be on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 2:00pm with brother-in-law Ron Toney officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 2, 2022 from 12-2pm. Interment will follow at Coleman Cemetery.
