Wilma R. Bowman of Soddy-Daisy died Saturday, Aug. 7, 1999, in a local hospital.

She was 67. Mrs. Bowman was retired from Kayser-Roth Hoisery Co. and is a member of Blakewell Bible Church.

She was preceded in death by her brother, David Ricketts.

Survivors include her husband, James D. Bowman, Soddy-Daisy; four sons, Carl D. Trewhitt, Houston, Terry Trewhitt, Sale Creek, Darrell R. Trewhitt, Soddy-Daisy, and Donnie G. Trewhitt, Hixson; three brothers, Sam Ricketts, Sale Creek, Larry Ricketts, Huffman, Texas, and Ernie Ricketts Sr., Blakewell, Tenn.; two sisters, Glynda McGaha of Tomball, Texas, and Marlene Qualls, Soddy-Daisy; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Williamson and Sons Funeral Home, Soddy-Daisy, with the Rev. David Mosley and the Rev. Ernie Ricketts Jr. officiating.

Burial will be in Coleman Cemetery.

James Douglas Bowman, 80, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, in an area hospital.
He was a World War II veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Romaine Bowman.
Survivors include his sons, Carl, Terry, Darrell and Donnie Trewhitt; brothers, Bill, Arvel and Cornelius Bowman; and grandchildren, Lori Humpreys, Rachael Trewhitt, Darrell Douglas and Drew Trewhitt.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow in Coleman Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. today, Friday, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home.
