Helen's obit:
Helen Fritts Young, 95, of Soddy Daisy, died peacefully on Sunday, December 23, 2012, in the afternoon after a lingering illness.
She was a lifelong member of Union Fork Baptist Church and the last member of the Friendly Class.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd “Cotton” Young; son, Billy Gene Young; and one grandson.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Larry D. and Judy B. Young of Soddy Daisy, five grandchildren, several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be on Thursday, Dec. 27, at 6 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends from from 3-6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 27.
