JASPER - Raymond Higgins, 78, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2004, at his home.
He was of the Church of God faith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Higgins.
He is survived by his sons, Earl Higgins, Darrel Higgins, Steve Higgins; daughter, Lisa Brewer, sister; Effe McCrosky; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Mount Pleasant Cemetery with the Rev. Aaron Simmons officiating.
Family will receive friends from 2-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
