Clyde Edward "Studebaker" Clark, Sr., 60, of Graysville, died unexpectedly on Monday, July 30, 2012.

Clyde enjoyed going to care shows, NASCAR races, fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was born and raised in Rhea County and was affectionately known as "Studebaker." He worked at Kayser-Roth and drove a truck for ten years. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Addie Mae Owens; stepfather, J.W. Holden; father, Clarence Clark; sister, Linda M. White; and grandparents, Lois and Alonzo Owens.

Clyde leaves behind to cherish his memories two daughters, Elizabeth Clark of Dayton and Rebecca (Ken) Howard of Graysville; and son, Clyde E. Clark, Jr. of Spring City. He is also survived by Peggy Clark; five grandchildren, Megan, Macy, Madison, Emily and only grandson, Payton; sister, Wanda Vincent of Spring City; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating. Burial will be at Smith Cemetery in Soddy Daisy, Tenn.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday.
