GERMANTOWN -- Ruth Bean Oliphant, formerly of Chattanooga, died Friday, Dec. 31, 1999, at her home.
She was 80. Ms. Oliphant was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church in Chattanooga and she was a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Woody Oliphant, Germantown; and two grandchildren.
A graveside service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Oliphant Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hope Presbyterian Church.
Arrangements are by Family Funeral Care, Memphis, Tenn.
