Charles Rodney Huffman, 58, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

He was a 22 year salesman with General Appliance & Furniture Company, attended Parr Avenue Church of Christ, former 13 year employee of Otasco and a member of Dyersburg Moose Lodge.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Owen officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria Hill Huffman of Dyersburg; a daughter, Alana Lovins and husband, Greg, of Dyersburg; two sons, Blaine Rodney Huffman and wife Shannon, of Murfreesboro and Ryan Blake Huffman of Dyersburg; a sister, Connie Smith and husband, Jim, of Blytheville, AR; a brother-in-law, Roger Combs of Hindman, KY; a niece, Selina Combs of Hindman, KY; and two nephews, Jay Smith and Jeffrey Smith, both of Blytheville, AR. He was also survived by many loving friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Bowen Huffman; and a sister, Brenda Combs.

Pallbearers will be Steve Robinson, Mike Rambo, Mike Sanders, Charles Ozment, Tim Dunagan and Derek Wales.

The family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Dyer County Community Cancer Fund, P.O. Box 1002, Dyersburg, TN 38025.
