Virgie Baggett, 76, of Covington, passed away on Wednesday, October 12. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 15 at 2pm at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12pm to 2pm. Mrs. Baggett worked for Smuckers as a T.S.P and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Ronald Lee Baggett of Covington, TN; five sons, Micky R. Rogers of Atoka, TN, Ricky D. Rogers of Munford, TN, Tony W. Rogers of Arlington, TN, Ronald L Baggett Jr. of Pensacola, FL, and Todd K. Baggett of Southaven, MS; two daughters, Vicki L. Mason of Covington, TN, Theresa M. Gross of Jackson, TN; two sisters, Virginia Napier of Waverly, TN, Rebecca A. Delashmit of Covington, TN; four brothers, Roy S. Channell of Gainsville, GA, Arnold R. Channell of Covington, TN, Jimmy W. Channell of Brighton, TN, Billy W. Channell of Mason, TN; 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother Charles E. Channell and her sister Mary E. Hadley.
