Mr. Neamon Jackson Curtis, 87 of Covington, passed away on Saturday, July 27th, at Bells Nursing Home and Rehab. Mr. Curtis was a member of the Solo Church of Christ and was retired from the Tipton County Board of Education where he worked as the janitorial supervisor.

Mr. Curtis is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Cage Curtis of Covington; his daughter, Cheryl K. Curtis of Covington; his 3 grandchildren, Shawn Griffin (Shelly) of Brownsville, James Powell of Brownsville, and Lora White of Dayton, TX; six great-grandchildren, Aaron Johnson and Austin Griffin both of Brownsville, Blake, Brayden, and Bentley White of Dayton, TX, and Nichali Powell of Benham, TX; and by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. Mr. Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Jackson and Lottie Braddock Curtis; and by his seven siblings, Woodrow, John, Edward, Floyd, Seb, Odell, and Ruth.

Graveside services for Mr. Curtis will be held 1PM Tuesday, July 30th, at R. H. Munford Cemetery in Covington. Visitation will take place from 11-12:30 at Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home.
