Christine Alsbrook, 87, of Burlison, passed away on Wednesday, August 24. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 27 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Randolph Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, August 26 at the funeral home. Mrs. Alsbrook was a CNA with Covington Manor for 10 years, a farmer's wife and a member of the Randolph Assembly of God Church. She is survived by one daughter, Judith Bradshaw of Munford; three sons, Terry Alsbrook, Carlton Alsbrook and Jeffrey Alsbrook, all of Randolph; one brother, B. C. Byford, Jr. of Drummonds; 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 21 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Harden Alsbrook; two sons, Anthony Alsbrook and Randy Alsbrook; three sisters, Cordie Morgan, Ruby Johnson and Frances Wade and two grandchildren.
