Maggie's obit:
Maggie Mae McClendon, of Mowbray, was called to her heavenly home on March 1, 2009.
Preceded in death by parents, John and Naomi (Haynes) McAfee, brother, Darrel McAfee, sisters, Evadna Qualles, Elizabeth Smith; husband, Riley McClendon; son, Billy; grandson, Gregory McClure; granddaughters, Regina McClendon & Tasia Smartt.
Survived by sons, John (Nellie) McClendon, Robert (Judy) McClendon; daughters, Tanna McClure, Joan Chauncey, Jane (Leonard) Smartt; sixteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren; brother, Charles McAfee; sister, Kathleen Hatfield; nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 4, 2009
at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Grant Chauncey officiating. Interment will follow in Chancey Cemetery. Visitation is 2:00 TO 9:00 Tuesday.
